I just got an email from ebay stating on Feb. 13th, 2008, They would be having a 20 cent listing day.

I wonder what this will do to the boycott?????

Last week you could list a car for a buck which saved a 50 dollar bill. Tomorrow, or maybe it was today, eBay motors listings were cheap also.

My listings are always 20¢ insertion fee, so these promos do nothing for me.

Any auction starting at less than a dollar has a 20¢ insertion fee.

When I sell, I try to avoid/boycot this sort of day anyway. Listings in the coin category jump 20-30,000, yet does very little to increase the number of buyers.

Many predicted it. I'm getting up at 0400 tomorrow to put up a batch of auctions.

Just spent the evening putting 19 auctions on, then saw the message about it being .20 day tomorrow. Oh well, I started them all at .99 anyway. Also only put one picture in for Gallery and put 4 in each listing with Photobucket. Cost was .55 each auction. Listed for 5 days, not listing again til the next Sunday night, taking the week off.

Thank you to the people who shared how to use Photobucket in listings on the boards... I appreciate you!

Ok. Ebay may have won this round!!!
