MS70 pop 4?????

    I believe this was because PCGS wasn't issuing MS70's for a substantial amount of time as a policy decision due to the milk-spotting problems.

    Yup...they did not start their 70 MS project until 2007 .. at which time you could resubmit your 2006's ... Those MS 70 grades were handed out on resubmissions....

    what about a sealed monster 2007....?

    what would grading be for 69 and above x 500? 6k?
