  A carbon spot, I have one of those.
  
  It appeared out of no where, and is growing in size.

  I think I see something but not sure. It appears to be a cameo piece, at least the obverse.

  Since it is proof you might be able to remove that spot bit if left alone it will grow and PCGS will not grade it with a milk spot. They will sometimes remove it upon request though and the re-consider the coin.
