Funny the poster still has not answered the question that has been asked twice. Did they offer a refund upon return as their feedback left for you states they did?
I think this poster got the feedback they deserved. I added them to my BBL. I would love to hear the other side to this story..
<< <i>I have a recommendation. If you are tired of buying overgraded "RAW" cards from dealers, then why not buy them graded? It would probably make you much happier w/ the results. >>
And what are you supposed to do if you primarily are into complete sets and the most consistent NRMT or better set possible? Even the cheapest sets are easily worth several hundred to thousands of dollars if you get all the cards graded, so that option is pretty much not practical. >>
You can't have your cake and eat it too.....at least that's what my mammy used to tell me
Paying is not the only responsibility a buyer has. Feedback is based on the ENTIRE tranaction not the fact that you paid fast. If the seller offered a full refund which I believe he did and you did not follow up on it that is your own fault. Not the sellers. Crap happens from time to time and most sellers are willing to help out if they are given a chance. I guess you expected the seller to let you keep the cards and give you a refund?

Jesus dude, stop buying raw. What you're doing is akin to buying raw 86-87 Fleer packs and leaving negs over and over complaining you got ripped off. The fact is most raw on ebay is vastly overgraded. You know this. At least in this case the guy offered a refund, so why leave him a neutral? I'm not saying your neg is deserved because it isn't, but why are you playing a game you keep losing over and over?
I buy raw on ebay also, but I do this knowing that most of it will be overgraded so I adjust my bids accordingly.
i bought a fake 57 chevy and restored it , the outlaw, damn chinese,it was made out of cardboard
i was in a fake chopper crash once that fell like led zeppelin got their name we put a fake skull on out jeep to have a matching set on both side to weigh it out, so people would know exactly who was was coming
I disagree with the "entire transaction" point on the neg.....The only responsibility of the buy IS to pay, nothing else. If a buyer feels he got slighted then he should leave appropriate feedback stating such. Retaliation negs are why scams operate much more smoothly, people are afraid of neg FB so they leave none and the scam continues. If this guy sold cards and didnt mention creases, then he deserves a neg whether he offered a refund or not. This guy left a neutral and got negged, sorry but that is total BS
Stop buying raw cards on ebay, they are ALL overgraded.
Other sleazy occupations..politics.
Finally, a big ROFL on the Hillary bring change to the board comment...maybe she can come answer this thread and cry me a river too
i would have bammed him with a neg too to begin with, that what they are for ! i dont think ive ever left a neutral, guess i dont like grey, either green or red
I find that the Plaintiff/Buyer has failed to meet his burden of proof, and find in favor of the Defendant/Seller.
Whether or not the Seller is perfect is not before me. The Seller, based on the evidence presented and not rebutted, made a good faith offer to refund the subject $21. The Buyer, rather than accept that offer, chose to Neut the Seller. I further note that such an act is tantamount to leaving a Negative for a responsible seller in today's consumer-centric EBAY environment.
Thus, under the circumstances, the Seller was, at least in part, justified in leaving the Buyer a Neg. While said Negative might be seen as retaliatory in nature, it is understandable when viewed in the light of human reaction to unfair treatment. Therefore, the Buyer assumed the risk of being NEGd when he left an unwarranted Neutral for the Seller. Turnabout being fairplay, though not in equal measure.
Subsequent to making an anger induced phone call to the Seller, the Buyer came onto a public message board and proceeded to defame the Seller and publicly display the Sellers personal contact information; this constitutes wrongfull conduct on the part of the Buyer.
I note that said conduct of the Buyer actually placed the Seller at some risk of personal harm; there was some possibility that the Seller might actucally receive an explosive device based upon the Buyer having irresponsibly stirred up a public mob of loons.
I cannot tell you how disappointed I am that I do not have the power to Order the Buyer to remove the Seller's relevant personal contact information that was wrongfully and negligently posted. I can only hope that those capable of such action will take it rapidly.
Folks Who Bite Get Bitten. Folks Who Don't Bite Get Eaten.
I object, the Defendant did not provide a transcript of this "anger induced" call. I move the case be removed for withholding of evidence and the Plainiff be locked up until he testifies before Congress about steriod use.

You know, if your that burnt on so many people, and cards than why not spend the extra money for a graded card, after all there opinion on the card may suite your criteria better. PSA is a company I am quite fond of, others like SGC. Who am I to judge, everyone is entitled to their opinion.

There are dozens of things that can go wrong AFTER a buyer pays that are totally the buyers fault. With your logic a buyer who pays for the item today but gets the item sees it was not shipped with DC files a INR with Paypal and ends up getting his money back AND gets to keep the item desreves a positive because he paid fast. That is BS.
I had a buyer leave me a neg that says "item broke 3 days after son opened it for Christmas." This buyer bought the item told me her son dropped it out of his window on the second floor of their house and it broke and she wanted her money back. She left me a neg because I would not do so. Does this buyer deserve a positive because she paid fast?
If the seller made an effort to fix the problem and the buyer did not follow up then that is his own fault plain and simple.
Ebay even states that feedback should be a view of the entire transaction and should be left upon completion of the transaction. The transaction is not over until the buyer has the item and is happy
I'm in the butt kicking bidness and bidness be good.
