Russ, how about this 1964 Accented Hair Kennedy NGC PF 67 Ultra Cameo?

Is BIN $2800 a fair price? Do you run across many of these????

Just curious, if this was a PCGS graded coin, what then??

Rick, the seller, is also very knowledgeable about these coins.

The BIN price exceeds current market value.

OOPS. Just saw your other question.

<< <i>Do you run across many of these???? >>

Many? No. But I have handled several in this grade, as well as three of the NGC PF68UCAMs.

An additional note: R&I has purchased a couple of the ones I handled, and they paid strong above market value money for them.

  • While I collect these things and have made quite a few myself, I'm certainly not in Russ' category.

Having said that, I think it's on the high side. I wouldn't pay that.

I'd like to see what PCGS would give it, 66 DCAM wouldn't surprise me.

Interesting that he doesn't post a picture of the reverse.

Now Russ can come along and tell me I'm off base. If so, I'm fine with that.

Or he may agree with me, who knows? Either way, I'm fine with that, education is a good thing.

*Edit: OK he beat me to it while I was looking at the auction in posting mode.*

I wonder if that is the one I sold him he claimed would have to be "wholesaled" out to other dealers...

Would the AH Kennedys be in the redbook were in not for Russ?

They were in the Redbook long before I came along. image

Now, if I could just get them to add the Birthmark Die. image
