1887 VAM-1A Donkey Tail Cherrypick (and a good story,too!)

Many of you read my post the day ANACS was sold and everyone was let go...my friend, who was the source for the info, decide to hit the local B&M after he was let go...he picked up this coin for $22.00...He brought it by today and we confirmed it was a donkey tail!
Anyway, 3 questions:
What do you think it grades?
Would it BB at PCGS (he's considering submitting it)
What's it worth?
Thanks in advance for your help!

2 BB at PCGS. ANACS details
3 No idea
For that money though cant go wrong. Very nice pickup.
You wouldn't believe how long it took to get him to sit still for this.
Edited to add: It's too tough of a coin in too high of a grade to not at least try to get into a holder.

<< <i>AU53. Worth a shot at PCGS. I don't see anything that screams "body bag" to me. Your friend Sucks™, BTW. >>
I will pass that along! I got to tell him that in person, especially since he got it at the B&M I cherrypick my VAMs from... in hand, the coin doesn't look cleaned to me, and has good luster. I feel priveleged to have seen one this nice! I find it rather poetic, considering what had happened to him earlier that day...
