Thanks.. the link is active..you would think if Ebay is cleaning up the off slabbers.... they would clean up crap like this listing ..No feedback ..no paypal if that matters much ...Who are going to call ?? How about the KGB or the new Prime Minister Tomalia
  • As a seller on ebay we have done many bank transfers with no problems at all. In Europe this is the way alot of people do business. Someone is going to get a great buy. If this account is highjacked it would have been found out already by ebay. They are getting really quick on it. Send the seller an Email and ask some questions. If I had the extra cash I would be bidding on it. As a matter of fact we had a man from Germany who did not want to use paypal, so he wired us $5000.00 to our bank account. He got his item and was very happy.

Thank you for setting us straight. We shouldn't question a seller that does not know how to spell transaction, has low feedback, no history of selling coins, only 1 transaction in over the last 6 years, a private auction, and an auction that indicates that he accepts PayPal but then says he does not accept PayPal. I only wish I had some extra cash for this bargain too.

Hijacked accounts from the Ukraine are fairly common but usually they sell
rare Russian coins. The photos in such cases are lifted from auction sites.
eBay is fairly good about yanking these hijacked accounts when notified.

How can Eaby allow anyone to sell anything without any checks or balances ?
Ebay polices small tranactions and turns their head at the frauds.......... I have visited the Ukraine several times ,during the USSR rule and after..this listing ain't legit for reasons I won't state image

1st heads up it is a hijacked account is: SELLERS are not allowed to keep private feedbacks
    " YOU SUCK " Awarded 5/18/08
  • The seller changed the feedback to private after the auction closed.

Looks like ebay continues to be a safe harbor for the phonies and crooks .. while knocking out honest seller's auctions ..no wonder the Ebay stock is down over 20 %.
Who said this auction was going to be a buyers's bargain ?image
  • Of course the auction is no good ...there's no reverse photos.......!!!!..........

eBay doesn't suck at all. There are just some sucky people who abuse it. Most of us have more positive than negative to say about eBay. If you think eBay sucks so bad then don't use it. Jeez.

eBay doesn't suck but premature judgements on other people's auctions does. Maybe you suck.
