Bad News E-Bay Buyer!

This Person used Buy it Now on one of my Store Items for $650.00,Then started the long list of Stories. First the Boyfriend Stold Her Money,Then she said She Mailed it First Class Mail....Then She said She's trying to get the money...Then tonight she finally replied to the Dispute console saying she tried but can not get the money...SORRY! Long Story Short i had to File a non-Paying Bidder Dispute to get back My Final Value Fees and RE-List my Item. E-Bay Advised me to Leave a Negative due to the Nature of the Lies and Deception and Non-Payment and everything is documented in writing in E-Bay's Dispute console .The buyer only had 14 Transactions. As Soon as I left the Negative, They Left Me One! They wrote that they never bought this item!!! What they Meant was They "Never Paid" For This Item! That's the First Negative i've left in over 8 1/2 Years for anyone. I have only one Neg. from 1999 that was intentional and have nearly 2,000 positives. I've added this Buyer to my Blocked Bidders List. If anyone else wants to do the same the User ID Is treasures1966. Oh yeah, there are 5 People using the same ID and they buy Coins!....Ray in Florida

So eBay knows they lied and everything from the dispute has been documented by eBay so why don't they remove that buyer's negative feedback?

Are you saying there are 5 seperate treasures1966 IDs on eBay or 5 different people are using the same treasures1966 ID?

What were you selling?

That sucks. I gave one to a seller once and they gave me one and I was a buyer and paid in two min. but he was selling bags of SBA and said there are wide rims in this bag so I opened them and not one wide rim, so I e-mailed him and he said I dont know what is in the bags and said then you shuld not say there will be wide rim in this bags so I gave him a nag and I got one. He did ask if I remove his he will do the same for me and I said NO this is so no one will buy any bags from you and you rip tham like you did me. so I have 1 on me but that is OK. I did my job but you would think that E-bay could help with that. all they want is the $$$$. but that is just me.

eBay can remove it ya just got to make them. They will tell you they can't but don't stop at that.
I all ways go by that ole saying, "If you can't say something nice about someone, don't say nothing at all."
You never know what kind of butt head you got on the other end.

Though it happens rarely, there are some circumstances when members can lose Feedback privileges. When a buyer fails to respond to an Unpaid Item notification and the seller issues an Unpaid Item strike against them, the buyer can still leave a Feedback comment, but the Feedback rating they leave for the transaction will not appear and will not count toward the seller’s Feedback Score.

Deadbeats can't get away with leaving in-kind negative feedback...

Everything with E-Bay is a "Process" and takes time for reviews,etc. I have filled out all appropriate forms,now i have to Wait for E-Bay's decision on this Matter. It's always The seller that suffers with all the forms, waiting,E-Mails etc..It's as if WE are the People in the Wrong. In the Meanwhile, these people go on their Merry way doing as they please while we fill out forms and wait and hope....It just don't make sense to me. After nearly 9 years on E-Bay i'm really getting sick N tired of Being Sick N Tired!! That Retaliatory Neg. Stuff should Never even be allowed to happen in the first Place. They should be Blocked from Leaving Any Feedback at all after E-Bay's dispute has been closed and they were at Fault. I'm just waiting to see if E-Bay does anything to Make this Situation Right. I really don't care about all the Power seller Certificates and Mouse pads and Coffee cups they send me!! I want to see them make this Right..Sorry for venting here but i feel you other folks should have a heads up on These bad apples before they get YOU Next. Ray in Florida..

Hey Jerry, treasures1966 has 5 people using that one ID!! What a Mess!! I was Selling one of My NGC MS65 3 Piece Wisconsin Quarter Sets. I been Holding since Day One. I still have 2 Discovery Sets in NGC MS66 , you know the ones with the Special Cert., and also the NGC MS66 Regular 3 piece sets. I have one Set from Bob Ford Himself before he Passed away that he signed for me and sent me a signed picture and nice letter and E-Mail saying he was coming to Florida and would Look me up...I'll keep that for sentimental Reasons. I Sold all the MS67 Sets early on For around $6,000.00 then they went up to $10,000.00!! They have cooled off alot but i just Put that MS65 Set in My Store to test the waters and i got Bit! Ray in Florida..

You can leave a reply to the retlaitory neg, and a follow up to your neg. If you log in through ebay Taiwan, you can leave nice, long replies (up to 125 characters!!)
