just to clarify - legal ebay auction?

So this is not legal right because it does not show the reverse of the holder?

Basically, like your sigline, yes image
With less than 8 minutes to go now though, reporting him wouldn't matter.
btw...he does show the reverse, just not of the entire slab image

Correct, but in this case it's not something anybody should be jumping on to report.

I agree...if it wasn't so close to ending, I wouldn't have even responded.

Very well put! I'm not sure you're saying what I'm about to, but I think there have been alot if innocent victims with all the "reporting" that's been going on. I'm an ebay seller and have yet to see or here, from ebay, anything about the new coin listings policy. Just heard it here and have changed the way I list auction items. I haven't changed any of my over 100 ebay store listings. So far so good! These decent sellers, myself humbly included, that keep getting "reported" for simple listing violations have got to be getting ticked off and are liable to react in a retalitory way. Sort of a revenge type of thing. Next thing you know; our once "favorite" sellers have suddenly quit. I'd be willing to bet whoever is monitoring all the reported listings is working some serious overtime. I've read enough threads here to understand that there are alot of folks who originally cried, and rightfully so, about all the junk being sold and about all the innocent buyers who have been had! Having said that, ebay and all the folks who are reporting decent sellers for simple listing violations are hurting the "community". The counterfeit sellers, the junk slabbers, the theives, the Chinese and perhaps a few others are the ones who need to be reported! I'm for leaving the decent sellers, especially the ones who don't even know about the changes, alone. All of which is just my opinion and is probably meaningless to you all!image

The eBay "volunteer police department" must be running out of SGS or ANI slabs to report. Now they are nitpicking on the top TPG's for techinical violations. A lot of people need to "get a life."

The more honest sellers that can be kicked off, the less competition for the fake coins in the fake slabs from China. Does anyone think ebay is a better place to buy and sell coins than it was 2 months ago?

Personally, I think it's crap slab sellers trying to exact revenge.

Shouldn't the same rules apply to all? Weather they are a good seller or a bad. I only report when I am searching Ebay and find a violation that ended up wasted my time. But Ebay does not always take action. Seems Ebay backed off some on the new rules. They can make it real easy. Just expand the search options on the main search to allow buyers to eliminate or include a seller ID with a plus +seller A and a minus -seller B. You can do it in adavanced search why not in the main search where I can add it to my menu bar.

If ebay had given it the ax, they would had lost the extra .60 if picture fees! image

I think it's also some of the competing sellers of PCGS coins. --Jerry

It's all of them! I mean, it's the fakers, crap slabbers, the Chinese, the "competition", all the way down to the "average Joe" who is getting all "fired up" over their listing cancellations and are just looking to "get even" which is compounding the problem. I've read, right here, from some decent sounding sellers, about how they've gotten their listings cancelled and have come here questioning the reason. The "technical violators" need to be left alone! In the end it's still just my opinion! image
