Now, this may actually be a reason to join the power seller program.

Unpaid Item Protection Pilot Program

Normally, all the seller gets back is the final value fee. This program also refunds feature fees.

It's about time. I am no longer a powerseller and really never used Feature listings, it only makes sense that the seller get re-imbursed. Ebay should (and hopefully have) realize that the fairer they are with refunding these types of fees then sellers will more quickly turn around and use the feature listing option again.

A question, I have been trying to find the new ebay rules pertaining to listing graded coins etc. Can someone direct me to the right area.

    Thanks

Says it's been in effect since 8/1. I just checked my invoice. They don't credit any listing feature fees.

That is long overdue! They should offer that automatically to anyone that regularly sells on ebay, not just to powerscrewers.

I discussed this with my account rep today, (yep, he's working on a Saturday), and he says the credits are being entered manually so they're taking a month plus to get done.

That actually makes sense, since right now it's a pilot program.
