Does this card look oc? Should I resubmit and try for an 8?
Here is an example of an 8. That 707 has for 350.

the second card is an 8; it measures better than 70-30 on the front.
I agree with the comment that a straight 8 would be better than a 9(oc) which is a flaw in the garding system in some respects. Two cards could have identical centering and one could have better corners/surface, a higher numerical grade and get a lower total weighting with respect to the registry.

I don't mind OC cards because I collect for fun and remember that's the way they came - especially in the 1970s when Topps quality control was too stoned to care. Others though won't touch OC cards - which helps me some.
