    Fine-12... and could be a VG10 because I have some Morgans that look like that.

    I was really surprised at the wide range of grades everyone posted...only one person noted the light green coating the coin has on both sides- it looks like PVC, and I'm not sure how to handle it- I can't understand why PCGS didn't BB it for that. I like the coin otherwise, and would like to keep it, but don't know whether to crack it out and give it an acetone bath, or contact PCGS about it...any advice would be welcome and appreciated!

    Notify PCGS. They will remove the PVC, but it will likely cost you what used to called be a "guaranteed regrade" fee (I don't see that on the list of services anymore) plus postage both ways.
    When in doubt, don't.
