Odd message from Ebay buyer
I must say this is the first time I've been insulted for being curtious.
Woman buys my coin, pays with Paypal. Everything is good.
So I send her a short email:
Hello Margaret, your NGC MS69, 96 Eagle will be in the mail tomorrow.
Thank you for your purchase,
Scott
This is the reply:
dont bother me with trivial email, I'm a busy woman and have little time for BS e-mails.
Do I dare respond?

Or at least PM her address to me. I often need someone to "chat" with during the day.
It's already in the mail.

That is exactly what I plan to do. Why lower myself to that level. Just thought I would share with you all.

<< <i>Include a note with the coin you send. "Thanks, Butch" >>
LOL!!
FWIW- I for one appreciate notes like the one you sent.
Move along and avoid any future problems with her.

Sure she is a bit rude - let it go.
And be glad you aren't married to her.

I laughed
Apropos of the coin posse/aka caca: "The longer he spoke of his honor, the tighter I held to my purse."
Most customers thank me for notifying them, can't understand why she would not want to know the details of her purchase. I bet she replies to Amazon the same way.
Personally, I would not block her just yet since she did pay but I would not give feedback until after she does just to cover my but.............
The name is LEE!
Any attempt to communicate otherwise would end up going down hill.

Yes, help your fellow forum brothers out. Everyone promises not to harass her, I'm sure. Right, brothers?

The coin is milk spotted, the pics are painfully obvious, and there is no refund.
I even underlined, and changed the font to bold, no refund

Nothing surprises me in the EBAY community anymore.
My only question is: If she has so little time for "BS" emails, how did she have enough time to respond?
Don't walk away, sprint in the other direction and be happy this is the last transaction you will ever have with her. BTW, what is her ebay name so I will never have to experiance your pain.

Thats a possibility, but I'm happy with my current girlfriend.
Someone suggested a box of tampons, nah, thats pushin it.
If that 0.01% catches me on a bad day, and I had received that response.... well, I probably would have promptly:
Signed the woman up for newsletters & free samples at Tampax.com, Midol.com & ExLax.com.... to name a few.
<< <i>Do not leave feedback. When she emails asking you to leave feedback, send her message back to her >>
A nasty reply isn't stooping to her level. Some people need a nice heaping dose of politeness training which their parents forgot to give them.
