I think there are some sleeper Mercury Dimes in the $100 range in which could climb. 1945-micro s in MS65 is only $95 today. For one of the most beautiful coins put out by our mint ever, they don't seen to be popular. At some point these will move up especially if the rest of the market continues upward.

Significant but unrecognized rare varieties that will get more publicity over the next ten years and possibly become redbook varieties - small head flowing hair half dollars, 1805 small 5 half dollars, and 1837 small date $5 with the upcoming classic head die variety publication.
Lots of foreign coins of rare types like the 1617 Saxony reformation centennial ducat.

I did exchange emails with JM, it is mostly complete with no ECD - you know how long the finishing touches can take! The 1837 small date $5 is no secret, it was listed as the least common of the 1837's in the ANS publication. Would make a neat Redbook variety that is scarce but can be found.
