It will help any legitimate seller because it will reduce the amount of trash the bidders have to sift through.

I can only assume this will increase the PSNR in the short term, so it helps as both a buyer and a seller.

My WAG is that it will help.
Easier searchs for what I want.
Easier sales of my unders, they are mostly PCGS slabs.

I can't wait until all the garbage is recognized for what it is. This will not only help the honest, it will help weed out the rest.

I selected "help" but realy it will have no major effect on me because most of my coin searches are set to look for PCGS and NGC coins only!

Surprise! I was high bidder on a home made MS63 that I was perfectly happy with the pictures. EBay canceled the auction.

I said hurt. I do not want the self-slabbed coins listed as raw. I want them listed as exactly what they are, ie slabbed. I want to know that if I win a coin I will not be able to properly examine it when it arrives since of course if it is in plastic shell I won't be able to remove it without losing my return privelege. I might take that chance with a top tier slab, but not with a self-slabber.

I am willing to bid more for a raw coin which I can examine (even if in a 2X2) then I am a coin in a third world slab. It shouldn't be called raw if it isn't.

Help since I buy sometimes. This gives me a chance to review some PCI and other slabs that have a shot at containing nice coins.
