American Eagle Gold order status from mint

I ordered a few 4 coin sets on 9/11. The order status is still on hold. With the price of gold now very close to the $747 avg per ounce I paid, do you think they will cancel my order?

    I think you can bet the coins will be re-priced.

    All those orders have been put on hold for now.

    Is it a legal contract? Are they bound by your order? Need some lawyers to chime in. Don't they have a disclaimer that they have the right to cancel any order.

    The King can do anything he wants and yes, the Mint can cancel any order at their discretion.

    Wow! I ordered a 1oz. AGE on the evening of the 10th and it arrived on Tuesday the 18th. I guess I just made it before repricing!!

    They allow you to cancel your order for any reason and no questions asked so I'd assume they can cancel yours under the same terms as well.

    The order is now "in process" with an expected delivery on 10-6-07.

    Looks like the US Mint honors their deals.

    I ordered mine on the same date and they have been delivered already , I would call the mint in case they are having issues with your credit card
    They obviously honored the price that they were advertised at and then stopped selling them

    B***astards at the Mint cancelled my order. There goes my 4 sets!

    They claim my credit card was declined, yet I am $40,000 under my limit, have ordered over $20,000 in mint prodicts this year, and the credit card company says there was no hold-up.

    The supervisor said they cannot do anything except for me to write in to headquarters.
