  It looks like a nice coin, but as for grade it's tough to tell from those pics.
  
  I'm anywhere from AU-55 to MS-64

  I can't see any signs of wear (from the pics)...nice color...I would say MS63

  I don't see any breaks in luster that would indicate wear... nor any significant hits. I'd say a possible 64.

  Why I'm thinking "cleaned," since this date comes with a textured surface, I find this example too "slick." You know, first impressions from this photo says it's been "enhanced."
