  Nice looking addition, without seeing in hand I would say VF35, depends what the marks look like in person.

  All in all a nice coin, considering its history...
  
  I would venture VF 35 details and net VF 25 due to cleaning/scratches

  Thanks for the opinions guys. I was between 35 and 40. The color is pretty nice and it looks like it may have had a really light ancient cleaning, but has retoned nicely.
  It's an O-112 which is an R3. The characterists for this variety is an uneven strike with a weaker reverse and a slightly weaker obverse.

  25 can't give it more for the scracthes under the date and the ding on the rim at 3:00 on reverse would of went with your grade except tfor those two items.

  I'd lean more toward EF40. The coin is very attractive at, oh what is that photo, 200x larger than reality?
  
  I do see some cleaning scratches below and to the left of the date but... that is one nice looking coin.
  
  I think most coins should be examined with a 10x loop, not a 200% blow up. If that coins looks that nice at 200x…. it’s a sweet addition to your collection… CONGRATS!
