  My guess is that the coin is real, but the picture is stolen from a website or another eBay auction. No one sells a coin of that magnitude with a description that terrible. I wouldn't bid.

  Positive BST transactions with: too many names to list! 36 at last count.

  Looks real from the smallish pictures and I'd say it's AU55-58. But why is it in Germany and why is it for sale on eBay with no reserve?
  
  The bottom line is, there are far too many warning bells for me to do anything but watch this auction and see how it unfolds.

  I would never bid on it, but have a question. If you paid for it, say $1500 via paypal, and then got hosed, are you covered by the payapl buyer protection (up to $2000 in this auction), even if the account was bogus or hijacked? Just wondering.

  He says "If you wish more pictures of the coin send me please an email,I tried to put the certified picture on Ebay but its been to late. " so ask him for a picture of the slabbed coin.
