I received an email from him instructing me to read his auction. I'm assuming he send the same email to ALL 39 other bidders who have bid. This email sounds like a threat to me and worthy of turning over to ebay. God, I love messing with this guy.
Hint: list your card with a good description and photo and let the market take care of the rest.

Actually, to be honest, I was the one who happily pointed out (after a particularly offensive email) that his business model was being mocked by an entire group of people on the PSA boards. This was all in the beginning before it escalated into what it is now.
Sorry for anyone who may feel some type of impact from this. I simply wanted this high-and -mighty god to know he was being made a fool of behind his back by a large intelligent group of collectors. In retrospect, my actions probably propetuated this whole situation. Well, that and this guy's propensity to be a jackass. Sorry for anybody who thinks this went to far.

That and the follow-up email with full headers has been forwarded to my lawyer. He said it would be best to remove Mr. Stoner's replies from this public forum and we are now deciding whether to send them to the dean of his school. If he is going to continue with this, then we will contact the school and provide them with the information.
