I just got rid of a set with spots forming on both the proof and unc W's in OGP
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
i was able to get the spot off of the one RP out of 30. it was in OGP and slabbed from a sealed mint box.
<< <i>I have 1 set in an NGC multi-holder. It's not spotted, but is developing dark toning around the edges of the coins... >>
the spots come AFTER the toning!
