Don't actively collect them, but Great Grandma left us about 60. No great dates or grades, but wonderful memories. You won't see mine on ebay anytime soon.

I have a soft spot for the seated dime. It was my first really "old" coin as a youngster just starting to take an interest in the hobby. Given to me by my grandfather, it was an 1877. Some thirty years latter, I still have it. Over the years I had accumlated a lot of seateds and for awhile attempted for to put together a year set, but just a few months ago I decided to sell almost all my seated dimes. In addition to the 1877, I kept about 6 or so of the nicer ones as type coins.

i have 10 of the cc dates. 5-1875-cc,3-1876-cc,2-1877-cc 1-1891 1-1890,.also have 1-1839,1-1840.really like seated dimes.

One is exactly how many I have. It's an 1877 CC in about XF (raw). I don't really collect dimes but I have a small type collection, and that's the one seated I have.
