Just took a new job as an estimator for a general contractor. It's a boring way to make a living, but it beats being a project manager, staying late every night and getting phone calls at home at 7pm central time, because it's only 5pm at the jobsite on the west coast. I get to make my own hours, and can work from home if I please.

Also just recently started a business rehabbing houses. Some I sell, some I rent. It's not making me rich (yet) but it does give me the chance to keep the wife at home to get ready for my next career...

Father. Baby girl, due in about 3 weeks. My wife has all ready had some cramping in her stomach, so we're hoping to see some action sometime late next week.
