This guy is among the very worst on ebay. People buy this crap and leave positives cause they dont know better at least not yet. I am amazed he has only 10 negs so far, bottom of the bottom feeder for sure.
Wait a minute!! I sure wouldn't call that a Gem, with the stain above IE and that darkness around the mintmark. But, I guess with the Deluxe Holder, I'd let it pass........
Q: Are You Printing Money? Bernanke: Not Literally
If you check the bad feedback and look at the pics... did the buyers expect the coin to improve during shipping? On at least one of the indians you can't even see liberty, that would be considered a strong clue in most circles that it's not an MS coin. Oh, and the 1929-D, that's hilarious.
Witty sig line currently under construction. Thank you for your patience.
That's exactly what I am thinking. I know I'm mean and cynical (so take it for what it's worth), but when reading his auctions and feedback I keep wanting to blame the buyers. The only exception is maybe an older gentleman that cannot see so good and goes off the description alone. Okay, they get a pass. The rest, well they have no excuse. One doesn't need to know a thing about coins to look at a picture of an average circulated cull and see that it is not "mint state". For if it were mint state, then what in the hell would all their new pocket change grade? Super duper unreal gemmy duper minty state?
Anyway, you can't rid the world (or communities) of scammers. You can only educate the potentially scammed and prevent the crime. This guy's feedback is red flag number 1. His auctions and pictures are red flag number 2. And printed in bright white letters on these red flags is the word MISREPRESENTATION! Can't do much more to protect a potential victim than the seller has already done himself! The irony is that he's the biggest mouthpiece against his auctions than anyone else could ever hope to be. But people are still buying. Can't go over to their homes and slap their hands or anything. What else can be done?
He should've whizzed it first...it might look more 'gem uncirculated' that way.

Isn't this why EBay has the feedback system in the first place? It is obvious that the seller does not have a clue on how to grade a coin and all those buyers were just stupid for thinking otherwise.
This almost looks like some kind of a prank ID just to see how far someone could go in the misrepresentation department!
I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.

Maybe he just imaged the wrong 29-D. I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt.
Russ, doesn't someone have a contact inside eBay who can get a clown like this removed?
