ok here we go.
i see rub on the hair. au material right away if you wish to be a
stickler.

lots of luster left. that is good. def not AU50.

but too marky for an AU58. i think an AU58 should have more eye
appeal.

so therefore, from the pics, AU53-55.

Well, majority rules! NGC gave it an AU58. It does look a tad baggy, but the luster makes up for it on an AU58 coin.

If I were you I'd get the NGC AU58 1853O Gold Dollar that the same seller has for sale. It's exponentially more eye appealing in multiple regards and only a small bit more expensive.
