As usual, I'd point out that the correct name for that commem is "Carver-Washington", and not the other way 'round. Still, it took the Red Book 30 years to correct the error; it'll probably take the slabbers longer.
Not a commem guy, but it does look nice. I have NO knowledge of the commem market (only ones I have are modern ones (last 4-5 years or so) and a couple for the dansco).
That said, I wouldn't pay much. Play money for me would say ~$50 and only because the toning looks nice. That's if I needed it for the Dansco. Otherwise, not even $40 for it.

I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
