Attractive luster, but I'm not sure - MS63 maybe? What do you think?
Exclusively collecting Capped Bust Halves in VF to AU, especially rarity 3 and up.

    However, could go from AU-55 to MS-64 when seen in hand.

    Based on the photos, I would say 62 to 63 is not out of line. I think the hits on the chin and nose are too pronounced for a 64.
