This is the most monumental event in our household since the Pokemon Diamond cartridge for GameBoy DS was released. It was released this morning, and my eight year old son informed me walking out of GameStop, "My life is now complete."

Oh, I can relate ...

The funniest part of this is (for me at least), my oldest son (19), who is a game geek, ordered this game and it arrived Saturday (a day early), and my youngest son (11) was more excited than he was, so my oldest let him play it first. I guess there lives are both complete!

the majority will be flooding into forum members coffers, at least the smart one's, when suddenly the announcement will come, "No Longer Available"

the prices from the mint aren't "uber", but I think they did raise it from 19.95 to 21.95

great to keep a set going, IMHO

Alright you caught me red-handed. But forget about it anyway. My cartel already has 600,000 reserved. The Mint will take 50,000 orders beyond that amount and then switch to "waiting list".

I've heard that those that order when they first go on sale get theirs before the subscription orders are shipped.

Yes, it's true. A subsciption just guarantees you will receive the item in case of a quick sellout when it is released. Previous subscription thread.

I fondly remember my atari 2600, playing Mario Brothers on my Nintendo with my Mom; she LOVED that game! graduated to the Super NES, then sega Genesis, Ps-1, and got an xbox

I'm new, but isn't 2007 gold and silver all over ebay? I have 2 2007 sets of the gold already. one first strike and one early releases. How is that different than this?

I have my ASE subscription!

No AGE's, in fact I am considering selling the AGE's I have now!
Nothing wrong with them I just need some extra cash!

I will probably list them on the BST's later this week!

"W" Mintmark and "Burnished" planchets.

The stuff that's out there already is the regular issue bullion. These are the burnished uncirclulated "W" mintmarked bullion. Yes, it's true, you can't tell the players without a program these days........

The 2006 burnished Unc "W" mintmarked bullion issued last year were a hot item, because they were the inagural issues for a "new" series, sorta, well....who knows what the Mint is up to?

The prospects for these 2007 burnished Unc "W" bullion coins really does depend on many variables, most of which are unknown at this point. But, I would certainly keep an eye on the mintages as the year progresses.

I will be getting the silver and still debating the gold. The gold buffalo is just around the corner and I am not all that keen on the gaudens themed eagles.
