Good luck BigJay. By the way what are the values of these coins in the expected and hoped for grades verses raw?

Good luck... an interesting addition to this thread would be the grades you believe them to be... then add the grades they achieved. It is fun to test one's skills against the TPG's... and of course, resubmissions could be added later. Cheers, RickO

  • Most of you have guessed why i sent them in to be graded. These are the coins in an earlier thread i posted about having TPG tags with them after the previous owner cracked them out for his album. Here are the dates and previous grades.1927 PCGS-MS66,1929 PCGS-MS65,1935-S NGC-MS65,1936 NGC MS66,1936-D NGC-MS65,1937-D NGC-MS66,1938-D NGC MS66.The 1927 was a PCGS green tag.I also sent a 1913-D TYPE 1,1916 and a beautiful 1936,no tags with these. These are all common dates, but it should be interesting to see if the coins match the tags.BTW the 1936,1937,and 1938-D's are all double mintmarked.
