Intercept Shield IHC Album - Coins Dont Fit! AAARGH!

Well, I just blew $32.00 on an Intercept shield Album for my IHC's.
The holes are too friggin small! Unbelievable! I tried pushing them in like I do on my Whitman slide album (that I was transfering the coins from) and I literally would have bent the page, and possibly damaged the coins if I forced it any further.
Anyone heard of this problem? I measured the holes, they are 18.5 mm. I doubt the coins will shrink to accomodate the album.
