PCGS grade "Prime Select?"

I've never heard of anyone using this kind of grade, "Prime Select."
The coin is a Spanish 1/2 Reale looks AU or so in the picture.

Is there a complete scale for coins with this terminology? The only prime select I can recall is for grades of beef?

<< <i>Third party graded by PCGS as PRIME SELECT. [...] A Virtually Uncirculated coin >>
This coin does not have a numerical grade and "Prime Select" does not apear on the Lingo page but, from the auction description, I'm assuming it is marketing speak for AU.
Is there a list of phrases/terms PCGS uses for non-numerical grades? They have used "Gem Proof" for the SS Central America Kellogg tribute slugs and "Deep Cameo Proof" for the SS Central America Baldwin tribute eagles. Any others?

<< <i>Where is the guy that wants to start his own grading service? Here is a niche for him. He can advertise that he grades coins that have been heated or been through fire, or even brand coins with a counterstamp for those who want to mark their coins. The market is wide open.

I like that... Branding coins..... that way, if they're ever stolen, they can be identified........
<< <i>Since in beef grading Prime is the absolute top grade Prime should be a 70. Select is two steps down so it would be about a 62. So I would net out a Prime Select (70/62) as about a MS-64. An AU is less than Unc (Standard) so an AU would grade as Commercial on the beef scale. >>
Which would be perfect for mass marketing, on TV and the NEWPAPERS, to the uneducated......
