As for #2, I'd go with an AU58 3 dollar gold piece.
I'd blow the whole 3 grand on these two coins alone!

I'm not sure how different that is atm, but I am sure that's a nice looking coin with a great reverse design
I wish the Executive and Judicial designs were similar with allegorical women and without the inner casino ring. The set would have looked much better and more consistent.
As for what I'd get myself, I've been looking at a couple of pieces on the Anaconda website but they would require a bit more.
