Results in... though I disagree with the 64 D quarter (should be a 67) and the 54 S half (should be a 66)... results as follows...
46s 25c MS 66
64d 25c MS 66
54s 50c MS 65 FBL
Will likely resubmit at some point down the road.
I have gone through 20+ rolls of Franklins and 25 rolls of Washingtons and will be sending in many but here are three of the best. Any guesses in advance as to how they will grade at PCGS? Will post results when I hear.

I see most grading the 46S quarter at around 65 - 66. Same with the first one, 65-67. Why does it get this grade? To me (and I mean no disrespect, it is a lovely coin) it looks poorly struck with a real weak reverse. Does not grading also take into account the coins strike? Am I missing something? I would give it a 62 - 63. I know I am wrong, but where am I wrong.
Is it that the coin is graded on what you see AFTER it leaves the mint, because I know that after leaving it was well taken care of, very few distractions other than the weak strike on reverse.
Someone please help me understand.
BTW, all SWEET coins.

In my opinion, the 64d Washington should grade 67... PCGS is really tight on giving out 67's so it may take a couple submissions.
The 1946 S quarter is drop dead gorgeous due to the toning and luster. Technically, it is a 64 maybe 65, but with the eye appeal, I am guessing 65.
The 1954 S half also has great luster and eye appeal. The only flaw is the light nick on the cheek. Due to the nick, it should grade 66 FBL... it is a shot 67. These are the best of many rolls of original coins. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
Hoard the keys.

These are based off the images, and in hand could be totally different.
The 64 Washie I see as a MS65 - some ticks on the Eagle and possible distraction in Washies head may keep it from a six holder..
The 46 Washie I see as a MS64 - Wonderful Obverse color but a weak mushy strike which keeps it from GEM status or a 5 holder. With PCGs
MS65 GEMs they tend to look for a well struck coin.....
The 54 Frankie I see as a MS65FBL coin. The fields on this one appear to be of MS66 ultra GEM quality, some minor ticks seen in the devices,
and a great strike.... I am saying GEM 5 holder because it is very very diffulcult to place a white Frankie in a PCGs MS66 holder. Very diffulcult.
Maybe this one will do it.... keep us informed...

65, probably a tecnical 64, color bump will get it a 65

Those are 3 nice coins.
I don't see any of them hitting 66, but they all have a lot going for them. The 64 has drop dead luster, the 46 has drop dead color (too bad about that reverse strike) and the Frankie has drop dead fields.
