Well it is missing the W, and the seller is missing the boat.
There were 2,750,338 bullion coins struck. There were 19,919 struck in West Point. (Of these, some were made from unpolished Proof dies). (here is where it could get tricky)
Dealers of bullion obtained the bullion from the mint, while the W mint was available to us from the mint as the collector version of the bullion.
It's a trick of sorts. This is my opinion, anyway ... Mitch .
