Now, on with the healing and looking at your coin:
The coin has a very nice strike. While I think it looks 64 I'd say they BB'd it; just because THAT'S WHAT HAPPENED TO ME ............ ARRRGH!!!!
OK, I admit it. Maybe the healing process is going to be slow

Having said that I believe the coin to be a 64. The price differential between a 64 and 65 is pretty steep. I think
PCGS or NGC will take this into consideration when grading the coin. The coin has nice eye appeal and good luster,
but I think the bag marks on the obverse will handicap the coin. Overall I like your coin.
