  • It's been a great ride. Began in 1970 and hope to retire next year. Only regret is I didn't save programs, etc. I hate to tell you how many of boxes of what my wife considered junk was piled in the garage and eventually tossed in the trash.
  • Internet Sales. Traditionally minerals and fossils with the largest share from meteorites, but the last year more mass market items such as coins and stamps.

My daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 2 (2003). My son was diagnosed with Type 1 when he was 17 on December 31, 2009. We were stunned that another child of ours had been diagnosed. Please, if you don't have a favorite charity, consider giving to the JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation)

  • Bunker,
Yes me and the company I work for restored that car it is a 1932 Custom bodied buick. The picture was taken at pebble beach concours de elgance. The car won its class. the gal not sure who she is, I think she was handing out ribbons and flowers as the car crossed the podium.

Here is a picture of a 1963 ATS 2500 GT that we basically did an expensive detail job. It is an original car with 750 miles. At pebble again.

That means it's been driven an average of 17 miles a year. How do you use your car to pick up chicks if you can only drive around the block once every other month?

Retired Police Officer...currently a lawyer in private practice with my wife.
  • Rich,

Thanks...it has been a lot of fun working for EA the past 2 years. Way more exciting than building government computer software/systems! I just finished the Superman Returns videogame for 360/PS2/Xbox in October (working at the Tiburon studio in Orlando, FL) and have been working on Warhammer PC Online (Mythic studio in Fairfax, VA) since then. I feel really good that our game will be awesome when it releases next Fall. Hopefully, we will cut into the World of Warcraft subscribers and get some of them playing our game. We also created Dark Age of Camelot which is a highly popular online game and a lot of fun. Check out our website sometime to see some previews of the game (www.mythicentertainment.com). Sign up for the Beta program and you can be one of the first people to play Warhammer. Thanks again and take care.

  • Sergeant at a correctional facility. Larry Demery, one of the two men that killed Michael Jordan's father, was housed there for a while. Naturally, I could never get him to tell me what happened to the Championship ring that was never recovered. Would have been nice to find out so that maybe it could have been returned to Michael.

DVD cellophane sealer. Three stickers stragetically placed where the DVD opens, top, bottom, right side. Then seal 'er up tight with cellophane. Check with quality control every once in a while, if they can't get the DVD out within 15 minutes, I'm doing my job.

Since my last post in this thread nearly a year ago, my job has changed slightly.

Current Profession: Clinical Data Coordinator for a major pharmaceutical company. Job entails managing teams of people and developing ways of collecting data obtained in a Clinical Trial so that it can be reported to the appropriate regulatory agencies. I have had the great fortune to have worked on some amazing compounds which will hopefully be making their way to the market within the next couple of years.
I collect the elements on the periodic table, and some coins. I have a complete Roosevelt set, and am putting together a set of coins from 1880.

If memory serves me right, the only ones that go off would be the ones exposed to the heat as the heat melts the Woods Metal alloy keeping the water from spraying. (If you are talking about the sprinklers which use the Wood's Metal "plug".).
