Anybody else notice that the 1933 Saint just dropped in the PCGS price guide?

Down to only $5 mil. I'll bet the owner is pissed off. image

Only the MS65 dropped, Russ. The other MS grades are holding firm. image

New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.

$5 Million bucks for a truly rare coin isn't that bad. If I have 10M bucks to spare, I would love to own one.

Possession is 9/10ths of the law and since those 10 are being held by the government; I think the family would be happy with almost any amount about now.

Perhaps someone at PCGS knows something about the ongoing legal battle that we don't know?

Not in the same ballpark but think what would happer to the price of the 1895 Morgan dollar if
someone found that 12 thousand plus business strike Morgan 1895s that everyone believes got melted.
Yours truly would be crying "foul".
