2006 P REVERSE PROOF 70...PCGS..&NGC...WHAT WILL THEY SELL FOR IN 6 MONTHS

looks like these have both dropped off, is it because folks are clearing out the leftovers from 3 piece sets or just to many around right now? when the dust clears will they be 1000.00-1500.00 each......

  • Not sure, do you think I should still send mine in for grading? "Joined PCGS Club last month with 8 free submissions".
    Hav'nt sent anything in yet.
  • down the road, they will sell for much less than the OGP for sure.

    image Care to explain?
  • sets are going up by the week, bigger money down the road looks ungraded, my opinion
  • Soooo one would buy an unopened set with the hopes of getting 70''s when graded. And the actual 70's would be worth less???? Maybe it's the pleasure of never seeing what you really own that has some perverted value and not the chance of a perfect grade....Me, personally, give me those 70's

I bought 7 of these RP PR68FS's several months ago at an average $135/pc....I thought I was making a mistake at the time, but did so anyway.(I'm impulsive to a fault)

Just checked the latest auction from Scotsman........

An NGC 70 is way more achievable and will always garner more in retail sale than a common PCGS 69, cause some sucker will always pay a bit of a premium hoping for a cross... so, wanna have a higher average resale? go to NGC. wanna roll the dice on 400 resubmits for a 69 that one day will just make a 70 by chance? submit to PCGS
