Submission Q, First come First Serve?

My order shows received 2/19/06, actually signed for on 2/16/07. Is it normal for Bulk orders (GW 100 first Day) orders received later to be graded and shipped before mine??? I thought they'd go in order???

Yes, it's normal. If they don't like the submitter, they move his stuff to the back of the line.

Russ is right I sent in my submission in 2/15/07 and it just went in Gradeing it's Nice to be Loved.

If you are not 'connected' at PCGS, (like Russ and I)... your stuff gets bumped for ours.

After my last hosing, I'm pretty sure I got "disconnected".

I contacted cust service and they said they are processed with lowest grades first....
