It's an AH in the picture, but unless you asked the seller if the set pictured is the one you will get you won't know until it arrives. There are a number of sellers that use AH pictures as stock pictures hoping to sucker someone into getting the set.
It is not exactly cheating, I prefer to consider it creative problem solving!!!
