first off....

why did you send those cins to PCGS!?!? Those are common dates in circulated grades

second, they look to be cleaned

IF they graded, they are AU's (L to R 55 and 50) BUT, I would say they got BB'ed from the photo's as the color doesn't look right, so assume cleaned or altered surfaces. Just my guess, those photo's are the best (sorry).

The harsh lighting on the photos accentuates details and may be giving a false sense of whizzing or other problems. Can you take a diffused lighting photo? We may be pleasantly surpised by numbers in the 65 range.

The one on the right shows a fair amount of hairlines on both the obverse and reverse. The one on the left shows hairlines on the obverse, but the reverse looks ok. I say body bagged for impropper cleaning on both.
