Speculation, Presidents proof sets

What does everyone think the proof sets will do given the parallels between the 1999 silver quarters proof sets which now go in the low $300's and the first year of the Presidents proof sets. Are any of you going to purchase a few extras on speculation? Let's assume the circulating dollar flops like SBA.

<< <i>The 1999 silver proof set bubble was mostly caused by an ill-advised Mint distribution mechanism. Unless that's repeated here I don't expect to see massive speculation on this set, particularly since it doesn't look like there will be low production limits or a very short offering window. >>
Just remember, people are paying $46.00 for $25.00 worth of bank wrapped Geo. W dollars on flea bay
