I don't get it?

Can someone tell me why this was bid up so high? Even in 62 is it only about $200.00

    Wow... incredible ... I truly feel sorry for the winner.. that being said, education is the responsibility of the individual.. and lessons can be expensive. Cheers, RickO

    Not being a regular 'ebayer', I just wonder . . . is someone actually going to send a real check to this person for $1125.00 ???

    If the winner renegs on the deal the seller can always send a 2nd chance offer to the underbidder. He too bid in the 1000.00 range

    <eyeroll>

    the seller did claim that the coin in 67 is worth 55k

    Good for you.

    Bidder 7 is a SHILL bidder maxing out Bidder 6's BID - Bidder 6 is just a nut case for putting that high a max bid

    Probably thought the coin was in league with the 95 or 96's or something ...
