An apology to Teletrade

Last month, I posted a picture of a 1902-O dime, PCGS MS-62, I had won on Teletrade, which turned out to be scratched when I received it. I was upset that the scratch did not show in the photos, and I was too busy at work to go return it. I posted it recently, grumbling about their return policy & the quality of the coin.
Today, I received a phone call out of the blue from Gilbert at Teletrade, offering to take the coin back for a full refund. I have to admit, I was shocked that a coin auction company would do that for a customer months after the return privilege lapsed. In retrospect, it was just plain rude of me to post something on here without talking to them first, so I must apologize.
Turns out they are quite flexible with their return policy if something is wrong with the coin when you receive it (like a defect that didn't show in a photo). I'll be resuming my bidding activity on there, as I feel a lot better about their system now.
