  Why does it seem that there were way more MS68s and PR68s immediately after the 20th Ann. sets were released and very few PR70s? I have not seen someone post a 68 in some time and it seems like everyone gets at least one PR70. I guess getting your coins first was a bad thing.

  I broke some of my sets apart and submitted 5 reverse proofs only. The five came back one 68, three 69s and one 70. Based upon the results I have seen you're better off submitting 3 sets at a time if you can. I still have a box eligible for first strike but haven't decided what to do with it yet.

  I submitted these at FUN and they were in two mint boxes. The 3 set box came in November and the 2 set was ordered on Nov.13th and just made it to my house before Christmas. I think that there are fewer 68's lately than earlier.
