how do you feel a zero feedback ebay buyers?

What do you think they thought about when your feedback was zero?? Quit being so paranoid.

I do not judge based on the number of feedbacks or the lack of them.
I know what you mean, though. Some could have been crooks who have been NARU'd and are back with a new game plan.

Every one has to start somewhere, so I take them in stride. However, if there is going to be a problem.....it is almost always from them.

I have mostly only purchased modern commemorative coins from ebay buyers. So long as the coins in the original mint capsules and the coins in the photos look OK, I've not been disappointed.

If I see that a seller has had hundreds or thousands of transactions, and that their positive ratings are 99% or so, it's a good sign to me. Even if they can't grade coins, they probably are not going to "take my money and run." I WILL get something, and since it's modern the chances of it being screwed up are pretty low.

The thing about Ebay is that many of the good dealers use it as a place to dump their less than great struff. For that reason you could be dealing with one of the good guys and still be disappointed.

I agree. I just sold to one zero and one that had 10. Feedback from the zero was "Coin Ok, as promised" positive.

Just remember that EVERYONE on eBay had zero feedback at one time.

It automatically throws up a flag. The worst that has happened to me is someone not paying.

On one hand zero feedback bidders have more than their share of flakes. On the other hand, we all started there, and every good future eBayer will start with zero.

I tend to look at it this way: a lot of times, they don't win but their bids lead to a higher sale price. So they are welcomed.

Make sure you got good money from them before shipping, other than that everyone had to start with a (0) feedback!

I have had several buyers over the years start their buying experience on Ebay buying from me with no problems.

Well...speaking as a former zero feedback EBAY buyer....

I guess you just don't sell or buy something from them that's really expensive, and I personally would scrutinize their listing to see if they appear to be honest or trying to launch a scam. And of course I'd ask myself if I could just as well buy the item from someone else.

I agree with the general commentary about everyone started at zero. I would only offer in addition that if you really don't want to deal with them you can generally prevent people from bidding with less than "x" feedback when you set up your auction.

I must admit that i do not sell that much on ebay...however, I dislike a buyer who does not communicate at all, much more than one with low feedback. several times the first I hear from a buyer is a check in the mail two or three weeks and several emails later.

I have no problem with a zero buyer -- I'm not going to ship until I have good funds anyway.

I would, however, avoid a zero seller like the plague.

I haven't had any problems with them. The largest sale I ever made on eBay was to a buyer with a "3" feedback. No problems there either.

Just be cautious and watch for any red flags in the way they respond.

I would hold payment a little longer but we were all zeros.
