VF-30 or 35. This will get slabbed all day as a 40 by almost anyone.

I might be wrong but I think EF-40.

Initially, I thought an easy EF, but the wheat grains are significantly worn, therefore VF30-35.

At first, I thought VF 35 - but I only looked at the obverse...then I spotted the reverse... which looks XF 45. All together, I'd give the coin an XF40.

    Nice looking coin.

35-40. Nice circ Lincoln. Slight wear on the high spots and on the lines in the wheat stalks. I like it.image

    EF-40

Obverse: Wear shows on hair above ear, on the cheek, and on the jaw.

Reverse: High points of wheat stalks are worn, but each line is clearly defined.
