    MS65 is a generous grade for that coin IMO, theres too much cheek chatter. Maybe they gave it a bump because it seems to have excellent luster.

    MS64 would be more acceptable.

    If that 'thing' is a 65, then I have a whole s**tload of 62s with some awesome toning on them I need to send in to those guys!! Geez.....no way that cheek chatter would warrant a 5... am surprised they didn't give it a PL designation....my '83-CC has a lot less contrast and it got a DMPL...but I thought that was a 'gift' also.....image
