  I'm sure that I'm not the first to say it, but this coin has serious problems. It has been harshly cleaned. Pricewise it would net down to VF/XF but it has AU+ details. I've been looking for a problem free example of just such a half dime, but with no luck. Every coin I find has problems. Those wide open fields are highly susceptible to any sort of mishandling. Someone really did a job on this coin and scrubbed it. Plus, it has some digs/scratches that stand out now.
  
  In the coin hobby, the coin is what many would call a "dog".
  
  If you like the coin and got it at a great price, then keep it. Otherwise, I'd move it and consider it a lesson learned. I've had many similar such lessons.

  I'm guessing you'll get offers around $100. Some dealers may want less. You might be better off selling it on eBay starting at 1¢.
  
  May we ask how much you paid for it? From whom?

  It also appears to have some PVC residue(green stuff) on the reverse, so I would rinse the coin with acetone and lightly massage the spots with a Q-tip. Make sure to work in a ventilated area and away from flames and sparks.
  
  If you decide not to sell it, you can try retoning the coin in an album.
