In the coin hobby, the coin is what many would call a "dog".
If you like the coin and got it at a great price, then keep it. Otherwise, I'd move it and consider it a lesson learned. I've had many similar such lessons.
May we ask how much you paid for it? From whom?
It also appears to have some PVC residue(green stuff) on the reverse, so I would rinse the coin with acetone and lightly massage the spots with a Q-tip. Make sure to work in a ventilated area and away from flames and sparks.
If you decide not to sell it, you can try retoning the coin in an album.
