How would you grade this toned 2 cent piece?

I know I'm inviting more bidding cometition but I'm asking because I"m considering bidding on it, and I don't know jack about grading 2 cent pieces.

Love that bright blue toning on each side. I like it when coins tone themselves identically obverse and reverse.. Let someone else have it!!

Regardless of AT or NT the toning is just annoying IMO.
